Free Advice Clinic
Orchid hold a free weekly advice clinic, designed for managers at all levels.
This takes place via a conference call each Thursday at 2pm.
It is free to register, and it is free to participate, via an 0800 number
The format will vary from week to week, but will typically cover
- The latest industry news, comment and discussion
- "This Weeks Topic" - taking an industry issue, such as attrition, sickness, scheduling, talk time, etc, facilitating a discussion amongst members of what has worked for them, enabling sharing of best practice
- Advice Clinic - Open Session. Opportunity for you to ask us anything!
- Occasional guest speakers
Each call should last 20-30 minutes.
We will also upload each conference call to our website, so you can catch up on any calls that you have missed
