The company


Orchid Consulting Ltd require additional senior call centre professionals to undertake performance improvement and consulting work for our primary clients.

Outstanding strategic call centre and operational experience is vital, as is a strong customer service focus. You must have managed at a senior level in a high volume or large site, as well as be able to demonstrate a track record in delivering significant performance improvements

These roles are initially on an interim basis, with the opportunity for permanent roles and partnerships within Orchid in the future . Project durations are typically 3-6 months.

Interim Call Centre Manager

UK - £ Daily Rate

The company


We are now seeking an experienced Call Centre Manager on a 3 – 6 month contract. Using key members of experienced staff to support and share the workload, to organise, coach and support all staff to ensure that sales and service standards and targets are reached or exceeded and clear objectives are set in all areas.

To supervise and motivate the individuals to develop their skills, ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service and sales at all times by using a problem-solving attitude and commercially sound principles. To deliver sales and service targets set by the Director of Operations.

Key Accountabilities

Day to day management of 12 Team Leaders and a team of 120 sales and service agents


  • Responsible for development of Sales revenue target

  • Responsible for the training and development of your Team

  • Responsible for team motivation and incentives

  • Increasing the standard of customer service within the teams

BPR / Process Analyst

East Midlands

The company


Following a consultation project with Orchid, our client now requires a Process Mapping / BPR Analyst. The role is to map existing processes within the business, and, facilitiating discussions with wider stakeholders, identify where improvments can be made, and map the desired future state for the operation.

It is expected this role will last for a minimum of 3 months, and an attractive daily rate is offered, plus expenses

Team Manager

East Midlands

The company


Following a consultation project with Orchid, our client now requires a Team Manager to work in its Customer Service Department.

The role is to drive improvements in the performance of the teams, and to develop the Customer Advisors to deliver an outstanding level of service, ensuring the company meets its commitments to customers

You must have previous experience in managing and developing a team in either a Call Centre or Customer Service environment
