We are now seeking an experienced Call Centre Manager on a 3 – 6 month contract. Using key members of experienced staff to support and share the workload, to organise, coach and support all staff to ensure that sales and service standards and targets are reached or exceeded and clear objectives are set in all areas.
To supervise and motivate the individuals to develop their skills, ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service and sales at all times by using a problem-solving attitude and commercially sound principles. To deliver sales and service targets set by the Director of Operations.
